During their own vacation to the Cook Islands in 2002, the company’s directors were saddened to hear how younger generations of Cook Islanders leave in search of employment prospects overseas. Aiming to seize the opportunity to assist the people of the Cook Islands share their culture & products with the world, Cook Island Natural was created.
“Not only can we help to promote local products, we can assist in creating jobs for their children.” Adam Murphy, Director said when asked about the motivation for creating this website. “We want to give them a worldwide marketplace for their products & have committed to donating at least 10% of our own profits to the wider local community.”
